“Having then gifts differing according to the grace that is given to us, let us use them: if prophecy, let us prophesy in proportion to our faith; or ministry, let us use it in our ministering; he who teaches, in teaching; he who exhorts, in exhortation; he who gives, with liberality; he who leads, with diligence; he who shows mercy, with cheerfulness.” Romans 12:6-8

Bright Hope has 40 ministries comprised of “servant leaders” whose purpose is to serve the Church membership, the Philadelphia community, our nation and our world in the name of Jesus Christ! As Great Commission Christians, we desire to reach the world for Jesus Christ and adopt a “Kingdom Vision” for ministry. Under God’s leadership, we are committed to working together to advance the Kingdom of God.

As Believers, we desire to be faithful stewards of God’s gifts to us and use them towards the edification of all of His children. We recognize prayer and the unfaltering Word of God as our power source. We strive to do His ministry with love and excellence. We are committed to practicing servant ministry that reaches our members, our visitors and guests, and our larger communities. We believe that servant ministry can be practiced by all God’s people regardless of age, gender or marital status. Every program or activity of our various ministries is meant to glorify God by uplifting
others! God endows each of us with immense potential talents/ spiritual gifts when we are born and gives us spiritual gifts when we are “born again” into the Body of Christ.  Each of us shares in God’s plan in a unique and meaningful way.

The Bible encourages us to use our talents/spiritual gifts wisely.

By using our talents/spiritual gifts, we will better be able to use them to serve God by serving God’s people in the Church.  But, if we do not use our talents/gifts, we may eventually find them ineffective and lose them.

Look at the list of spiritual gifts below, and join a ministry today.
